The Shifting Sunday Session (SSS) is a folk music session that takes place every week in the South Warwickshire / North Cotswolds area, in four regular venues. Each session is held in a different village pub each Sunday of the month, and in months when there is a fifth Sunday it migrates to a different venue. It officially runs from 8:30pm until 11pm, but many people arrive (and start playing) before 8pm, and typically around 20 musicians will turn up.

The current lineup of venues during each month is (all 8pm-11pm):

First Sunday:

1st Monday: The Ebrington Arms, Ebrington 8.30 pm
1st Tuesday: The Rose and Crown, Feckenham 8.00 pm
3rd Wednesday: The Weatheroak Tap, Studley 8.30 pm
3rd Thursday: The Red Lion Inn, Chipping Campden 8.30 pm
4th Thursday: The Old Coffee Tavern, Warwick 8.00 pm
Every Thursday: The Fleece, Bretforton, 8.30 pm


The above list is correct as at February 2020 but venues, dates and timings can change from time to time, both temporarily and permanently.
